Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms
It’s not without reason that Carnaroli is known as the king of rices, keeping its shape better than other forms of rice to produce a creamy, soul-warming risotto. Add to it the pungent, woodsy flavor of porcini mushrooms, and in just 15 minutes you’ll have a meal fit for any Italian table.
Ingredients: Superfine Carnaroli rice (94%), vegetable condiment without glutamate (the condiment consists of salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrins, dehydrated vegetables: onion, carrot, celery, parsley, sunflower oil, spices: ginger, nutmeg, aroma), dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and rel group) 2%, vegetables and dehydrated vegetables in varying proportions: onion, parsley, garlic, celery, aroma.
