Bianchetto Truffle Cream
A candid goodness, a decisive but delicate encounter between the Bianchetto truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano. A right amount of 40-45 gr. of cream per person soften and give great flavor to a risotto, a plate of pasta or an appetizer cut into pieces. It is enough to let it soften for 1 minute on a gentle flame, with a little cream, a few spoon of milk or cooking water to have it ready.
